Platform purpose

FleetLinkSA is a matching platform connecting drivers with vehicle owners for e-hailing opportunities. We are not party to any agreement between matched users.

User responsibilities

Users must provide accurate information, comply with applicable laws and conduct themselves professionally.

No employment relationship

FleetLinkSA does not employ drivers nor own vehicles. Any arrangement reached between users is strictly between them.

Limitation of liability

FleetLinkSA is not liable for any loss arising from interactions, agreements or activities between users.
